Welcome to Billy Heckenberg. This website is owned and operated by Billy Heckenberg and should you purchase any of our products, you are subjected to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
Personal Details - Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold, rented to any entities or individuals outside of Billy Heckenberg.
Billy Heckenberg does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by our payment processor which is linked to our banks merchant account.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Billy Heckenberg reserves the right to change prices at any time.
There are 2 options available to you when it comes to ordering.
Option 1 - Ordering Online
This option is the easiest and most efficient way to order. After you have made your selection, simply proceed through the checkout steps. Once you have completed your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
Option 2 - Email
Simply email us listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 48 hours with an order confirmation.
Availability & Back Orders
From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you within 24 hours to offer you a refund or discuss placing the item on back order for you. Some items listed on the site may be special order items or made to order items. If you purchase any of these items we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the estimated delivery time. From this point you may wish to continue with your order or cancel it and receive a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund less shipping costs. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return the goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact. You will also need to send a valid receipt with the return. Please notify us by email at email@example.com stating the item details and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Shipping within Australia
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout. Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping outside Australia
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of placement. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout. Orders sent outside Australia are shipped using Australia Post Air Mail, typically taking 3 - 10 business days, although certain destinations may take longer.
Care & Maintenance
All our products are made from natural fibres. Please take care of your product by washing in cold water with gentle cleaning products - phosphorus free detergents. Avoid harsh chemicals as they are subject to fading the product. Do not tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage and always leave to dry in a cool shaded area. Where possible avoid hanging your product as this may warp the shape. All of our prints are digitally printed and have been heat sealed but may be subject to bleed on the first wash, so we recommend that you wash separately in cold water on your first wash. Do not scrub, wring or bleach. Use a warm iron on reverse of print. It is important that you follow our care instructions for the longevity of our products.
We can not guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of the actual items. This partly depends on the colour reproduction on your computer. We are happy to send you a sample fabric swatch free of charge, just send us an email.
Faulty Items & Damages
Billy Heckenberg products are designed and hand sewn in Australia. Any slight markings or variations are intentional. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us via email and we will organise a replacement for you.
